Will you receive your energy bill from Stream Energy?
No. You will still receive your bill directly from your utility with your energy charges and your distribution charges.
Stream Energy partners with your utility to include all of your energy charges that are owed each month on a single bill. That way, it is easy for you to keep up with how much you owe without having to track down multiple bills each month.
Pay your full balance each month to the utility, and the utility will work with Stream Energy to make sure the portion of your payment that is meant for Stream Energy is accounted for.
